Terms & important notes

1. Fixed scope

   Packages are fixed. Work outside the agreed package is a new quote — not an automatic add-on.

2. Turnaround

   The 48-hour clock starts from a complete intake, not from payment alone. Incomplete answers pause the clock until you reply.

3. Revisions

   Core and Core + one service page include one written revision round within 5 working days of delivery. Clarity Snapshot has no revision round unless we offer one as goodwill.

4. Refunds

   If we miss the agreed scope or turnaround in a material way, email hello@humblefox.co within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it (rewrite or refund). Chargebacks after you have accepted delivery are discouraged; we work in good faith.

5. Client responsibility

   You supply the facts and proof. You are solely responsible for publishing claims on your site — especially in regulated niches such as health, dental, legal, or financial services. We do not invent testimonials or results.

6. AI-assisted drafting

   Drafting may use AI tools. Humans at Humblefox review and own the final wording we deliver.

7. No results guarantee

   We deliver clearer messaging and copy. We do not guarantee leads, rankings, or revenue.

8. Capacity

   We cannot always know in advance if demand will spike. Where possible, we will highlight limited capacity before you pay. If you have already paid and we have reached capacity limits, we will email you promptly with the option of a full refund.

9. Governing note

   These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales (UK). If something goes wrong, contact us first so we can sort it.

10. Intellectual property

    On full payment, you get a licence to use the delivered copy for your business website. Humblefox retains the right to reuse non-confidential methods and templates — not your confidential facts.
